Holiday villa in Moraira for groups of 6 to 10
On holiday with family, friends or your sports club, and still everyone has their own space. Villa Solpark has five bedrooms over two floors, three bathrooms and spaces where everyone comes together: a long dining table, a bar with games room and a roof terrace with jacuzzi.

- Bedroom 4 · upper floor · double bed (200 × 160 cm) · 4.70 × 7.04 m, the largest room, with walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom is on the same floor.
- Bedroom 5 · upper floor · 2 single beds · 3.42 × 3.18 m, next to the roof terrace. Ideal for children or friends.
For six, eight or ten guests.
Villa Solpark is set up for ten guests, but works just as well for a smaller group.
Three couples, or a family with grandparents: each couple has its own bedroom with an outdoor seating area, with a room to spare as a study or guest room.
Four couples, each with their own 200 × 160 cm double bed and direct access outside. Nobody has to share.
All five bedrooms in use, with the twin room for children or friends.
Eight guests fill exactly two padel courts, or two fourballs on the golf course. After the game everyone is back together at the pool, spread over five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Three generations of one family, a group of friends or a golf or padel week: with three bathrooms, a dining table for ten and three parking spaces, there is room for everyone.

Together and apart
The entrance floor has the living room, the dining room with a table for ten and the open kitchen, with two bathrooms by the bedrooms. Downstairs you will find the bar with TV lounge, the games room with pool table and dartboard, a toilet and the laundry room. Upstairs is the 105 m² roof terrace with jacuzzi.

Yes. With five bedrooms, every couple in a group of six or eight has their own bedroom, with space to spare.
