Villa Solpark was made for large groups who still want a place of their own. Every bedroom opens directly onto the outdoors with its own seating: three downstairs towards the garden and the heated pool, two upstairs onto the roof terrace with the hot tub.
Inside you'll find a modern open kitchen, a long dining table for ten, a TV lounge and Sonos sound system, a pool table and a dartboard. Outside, a second dining table, a barbecue and a fully fenced garden with room for three cars behind the gate.
Morning coffee in your own corner, evenings together at the long table. That's how a holiday with family or friends should work.

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa in Teulada. From the very first moment we felt completely at ease and enjoyed our stay enormously.
The house is simply wonderful: spotlessly clean, very well kept and decorated with great taste. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and pleasant, and everything is designed so you can truly enjoy yourself and relax.
We especially loved the outdoor areas, the beautiful pool and the jacuzzi, where we could unwind and enjoy unforgettable moments. We also had a great time playing table tennis and pool – there really are activities and spaces for everyone to enjoy!
We would especially like to thank Inge for her attention and kindness, and for making our stay so pleasant. We have wonderful memories of our holiday and felt right at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Solpark. It is spacious and nicely laid out over several floors, so everyone has plenty of privacy. The large pool is lovely and the beautiful sea view makes the stay extra special. The sunrise and sunset are a delight to watch every day, too.
The location is ideal: a pharmacy and supermarket are close by, and most sights, beaches and cosy restaurants are just a few minutes away by car. Despite the convenient location, it is a lovely, quiet area without any disturbance. Thanks to its orientation towards the sun, the house is pleasantly bright all day.
All in all, this is a fantastic place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back!
Villa Solpark is a beautiful villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Perfect for a family, partners included. The terrace with sun loungers and seating areas is lovely for ending the day, and the privacy of the fully fenced grounds was great. Padel and tennis courts within walking distance were a nice bonus.
Large supermarkets near the villa. Inge responded quickly to our questions before the trip. We also enjoyed the quiet sandy beaches and ate very well at one of the many good restaurants in Moraira. In short, a top villa with every comfort. We will definitely be back!
